I was asked to come up with an idea for a social media marketing podcast called "The Social Brain." This is the logo I designed.

Children's Ministry Designs

I was asked to put together an awesome and purposeful set of designs for the children's ministry at my church. We talked about a superhero theme that would encourage kids to develop their "superpowers" - their God-given supernatural powers to care for people, pray, as well as memorize scripture to protect their hearts from the challenges of this world.


These three illustrations are for sign-in stations where parents would sign-in and sign-out their kids.

This large sign defined the qualities of a Majestics kids. Majestics, the name given to the superhero family, is based on one of the names of God - Majesty.

 

This sign is intended to share fundamental scriptures which would be referenced as Sunday school teachers teach lessons from week to week.

Travel Savings Logo Design

Most of the graphic designing I do is for my own businesses or personal stuff. Once in awhile I do some designing for other folks. This is a logo I put together for a blog with tips on collecting miles and points for travel.

It's always fun to develop new resources for my elementary music and art websites. I just finished this free printable board game to teach kids basic music theory skills.

The board is designed to fit onto two pieces of printer paper. The size allows kids to drive Matchbox cars around the board as they answer the questions.

Watercolor Lillies with Accent Birds

Here's a watercolor paint of Lillies with little accent birds. I'm working on loosening up my style, and tried to keep things fresh and lively. I painted this piece in about 40 minutes.

I only had a few minutes left in my art class today,  so I thought I'd try a quick still life of three apples.
